Green Crossbody Purse

Here is my first professional purse! I used 100% recycled fabrics to make this: suede from my grandmother and a donated jacket from Guatemala. This was my first time using piping, a technique that creates structure in sewing. Piping is trim created by an extra piece of fabric usually filled with rope. I used yarn scraps instead of buying rope! This bag was made for my grandma.
