For Halloween this year I've decided to go as Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz once again! This year I decided to make my own costume. For the dress, I used an old searsucker-fabric dress that had come apart, recycling it into a new dress! I shortened it, added new straps, redid the bust area, and added a bow! I'll wear this with red cowboy boots to complete the Dorothy look!
